Most people will agree that changing your life / becoming healthier / breaking old habits / becoming the 2.0 version of yourself is not always easy - in fact it can be bloody hard.
Don't feel like going to the gym - that's when you need to go the most. This is what hard looks like. Go to the gym.
Feel like flopping onto the couch and eating your emotions - get up and go for a walk. This is what hard looks like. Put your shoes on.
Feel like giving up because it's too hard. Get over yourself, this is what hard looks like. Keep going. Change your approach if necessary but keep going.
Get busy and feel like putting your health on the backburner. This is a test to see how important it is to you. This is what hard looks like. Stay with it.
What if instead of avoiding the things you need to do to get where you want to go because they're "hard" - what if you actually decide to do them for the very fact they are hard.
It's by doing hard things that are uncomfortable that we grow and evolve.
The whole point of having a goal and going after it is to evolve, to develop our character and become the next level version of ourselves.
